Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the product is unused, clean, and packed in its original Wonderchef box with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Refund or Replacement
After the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
